Project Manager IT

Importante empresa del sector fintech, especializada en integraciones tecnológicas, plataformas de pagos y servicios de remesas internacionales, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager para incorporarse a su área PMO de gestión, control y documentación. La posición participará en proyectos regionales de alta complejidad, trabajando junto a equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders en distintos países de Latinoamérica.
Objetivo del cargo
Liderar y coordinar proyectos IT relacionados con integraciones, plataformas financieras y servicios de pago, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, tiempos y estándares definidos por la organización, actuando como nexo entre negocio, clientes y equipos técnicos.
Funciones:
Liderar el ciclo completo de proyectos IT vinculados a integraciones, plataformas de pago y servicios financieros.
Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos multiculturales y regionales.
Gestionar la relación con Product Owners, áreas de negocio y clientes externos.
Negociar alcances, prioridades, recursos y plazos con distintos stakeholders.
Gestionar riesgos, dependencias e incidentes asociados a los proyectos.
Mantener actualizada la documentación de gestión y seguimiento.
Facilitar reuniones de coordinación y ceremonias de trabajo.
Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares y buenas prácticas de la PMO.
Requisitos Excluyentes
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos IT (3 años para perfil Semi Senior).
Experiencia en proyectos de integraciones, plataformas de pago, remesas o servicios financieros.
Manejo de metodologías ágiles y/o tradicionales (Scrum, PMI/PMBOK).
Experiencia utilizando herramientas como Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Monday, Asana o similares.
Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y relacionamiento con stakeholders.
Capacidad para comprender documentación técnica y funcional.
Requisitos Deseables:
Experiencia en empresas fintech, remesadoras o medios de pago internacionales.
Conocimiento del negocio de remesas y pagos internacionales.
Certificaciones PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 o Scrum Master.
Experiencia trabajando con equipos regionales en Latinoamérica.
Experiencia en proyectos de integración mediante APIs, middleware o plataformas SaaS.
