Senior Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Accountant to strengthen our Global Shared Service Payroll Accounting team as we continue to scale worldwide. You will support accurate payroll accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with diverse teams on reconciliations, audits, and improvements. Own payroll accounting for assigned EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm and the related US GAAP bookkeeping of payroll activities, including standard payroll reflection and accruals Analyze and reconcile payroll results across internal systems to confirm accuracy and consistency Investigate complex payroll cases and deliver timely resolutions Coordinate with other departments to support payroll-related activities Respond to audit requests and participate in recurring meetings with external and internal auditors Manage payroll-related components of local audits Contribute to process improvement initiatives with other teams by identifying opportunities and testing enhancements Prepare ad-hoc reports based on incoming requests Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting At least 3 years of relevant professional experience Excellent MS Office skills with strong Excel proficiency Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with SAP considered an advantage Exposure to company acquisition activities, considered an advantage High personal responsibility and strong attention to detail, with the ability to control and process data from multiple sources Good oral and written communication skills in English (B1+ level or higher) Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners Readiness to work hard, including overtime when needed High stress tolerance to handle demanding situations and tight deadlines Loyal, results-focused, and team-oriented mindset
