Sobre el rol
Buscamos un/a Data Analyst para actuar como nexo estratégico entre las necesidades del negocio y las soluciones técnicas de datos dentro de una empresa tecnológica líder en soluciones para grandes corporaciones. No es un rol puramente técnico: tendrás un papel activo en el relevamiento funcional, entendiendo los dolores de usuarios clave y traduciéndolos en modelos y dashboards de alto impacto.
✅ Qué vas a hacer
Recopilar, limpiar, procesar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos utilizando las herramientas tecnológicas del área
Desarrollar, optimizar y mantener modelos de datos y bases de datos que soporten los análisis requeridos
Diseñar y mantener dashboards interactivos e informes que permitan al negocio tomar decisiones de forma autónoma
Liderar reuniones con usuarios clave para relevar, entender y documentar necesidades operativas y dolores de negocio
Traducir requerimientos del negocio en especificaciones técnicas, historias de usuario o mapeos de datos para el equipo de desarrollo
Qué buscamos
Mínimo 4 años en roles de análisis de datos con experiencia comprobable en relevamiento funcional y trato directo con el negocio
Conocimiento intermedio/avanzado de SQL y manejo de Python
Experiencia en desarrollo e implementación de soluciones visuales corporativas: Power BI y/o Tableau
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía con el usuario, proactividad y autonomía
