En Randstad Digital nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Senior Java Developer para trabajar en formato híbrido en Argentina y sumarse al equipo de uno de nuestros principales clientes líderes globales en tecnología y desarrollo de software. Buscamos un perfil técnico, proactivo y analítico, apasionado por la ingeniería de software y el desarrollo de arquitecturas escalables. La persona seleccionada será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e integrar servicios backend de alto rendimiento en entornos de alto tráfico e infraestructura cloud.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollo Backend y Arquitectura: Diseñar y desarrollar microservicios y servicios backend en Java y Scala, implementando patrones de programación funcional (tagless final, IO).
- Diseño e Integración de APIs: Crear e integrar APIs bajo enfoque contract-first utilizando herramientas como Smithy/Smithy4s y Swagger/Flute.
- Infraestructura y Cloud: Desarrollar y desplegar servicios en entornos AWS (ECS, Docker, DynamoDB).
- Sistemas Event-Driven y Streaming: Trabajar en arquitecturas orientadas a eventos y procesamiento en tiempo real utilizando AWS Kinesis en entornos de alto tráfico.
- Calidad y Testing: Implementar pruebas funcionales y unitarias rigurosas utilizando herramientas como Weaver, ScalaCheck y ScalaTests.
- Observabilidad y Monitoreo: Garantizar el correcto desempeño, trazabilidad y monitoreo de las aplicaciones utilizando Datadog y OpenTelemetry.
Requerimientos:
- Perfil soft: Sólidas capacidades de resolución de problemas, orientación a la calidad de código, trabajo colaborativo y adaptabilidad a entornos dinámicos.
- Ubicación y Modalidad: Residencia en Argentina con disponibilidad para trabajar en esquema Híbrido.
- Idioma: Inglés avanzado (Nivel mínimo B2 comprobable).
- Experiencia: Trayectoria comprobable como Java Developer trabajando con ecosistemas de backend complejo y servicios distribuidos.
Conocimientos Técnicos Exigidos:
- Lenguajes y Frameworks: Sólida experiencia en Java, con conocimientos prácticos en Scala (versiones 2 o 3), Cats Effect 3 y Play Framework.
- Cloud y Bases de Datos: Dominio de AWS (ECS, Docker) y AWS DynamoDB.
- Streaming y Event-Driven: Experiencia previa en sistemas orientados a eventos con AWS Kinesis.
- APIs y Observabilidad: Manejo de herramientas como Smithy, Swagger/Flute, Datadog y OpenTelemetry.
- Testing: Experiencia en testing funcional con Weaver, ScalaCheck o ScalaTests.
