Application Support Engineer | Inglés Avanzado
Buscamos un/a Application Support Engineer para brindar soporte técnico de nivel L2/L3 sobre una plataforma líder de Business Intelligence utilizada por clientes corporativos de distintos países.
La posición combina análisis técnico, resolución de incidentes, administración de entornos y contacto directo con clientes internacionales, siendo ideal para profesionales con experiencia en soporte a aplicaciones que quieran desarrollarse en tecnologías Cloud y Business Intelligence.
Modalidad híbrida (3 días home office + 2 presenciales en Núñez)
Lunes a viernes de 10 a 19 hs.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Resolver incidentes técnicos complejos relacionados con aplicaciones empresariales.
- Analizar logs, errores de configuración y problemas de rendimiento.
- Brindar soporte L2/L3 a clientes corporativos.
- Trabajar con SQL, Windows y Linux para el diagnóstico de incidentes.
- Colaborar con equipos de Desarrollo, Cloud e Ingeniería para resolver problemas complejos.
- Documentar soluciones y generar artículos para la base de conocimiento.
- Participar en mejoras continuas de los procesos de soporte.
Buscamos personas con:
✔ Más de 3 años en Soporte a Aplicaciones / Application Support / IT Support L2-L3.
✔ Experiencia administrando Windows o Linux.
✔ Manejo de SQL.
✔ Inglés avanzado C1 (Excluyente)
✔ Conocimientos de infraestructura Cloud.
✔ Disponibilidad para realizar guardias ocasionales.
Buscamos personas con:
✔ Más de 3 años en Soporte a Aplicaciones / Application Support / IT Support L2-L3.
✔ Experiencia administrando Windows o Linux.
✔ Manejo de SQL.
✔ Inglés avanzado (trabajo diario con clientes de Estados Unidos).
✔ Conocimientos de infraestructura Cloud.
✔ Disponibilidad para realizar guardias ocasionales.
Es un plus si tenés
- Experiencia con plataformas de Business Intelligence.
- Python.
- REST API.
- Java.
- XML/XSL.
- Certificaciones AWS, Azure o Google Cloud.
- OSDE 310 para grupo familiar.
- 21 días de vacaciones.
