About the Position:

We are seeking a experienced and detailoriented Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the care and coordination of our patients ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both pets and their owners. Your primary focus will be on overseeing patient appointments coordinating treatments and providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Coordinate followup appointments and procedures including reminders for vaccinations and routine checkups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries concerns and providing updates on their pets care.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform general office duties including managing phone calls emails and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both pets and their owners.
• Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  

Requirements:

• US Veterinary Customer service is PREFERRED
• Willing to work Friday Saturday Sunday & Tuesday 8am 6am Pacific Time
• eVetPractice EHR experience is a HUGE plus!
