Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), SAP (módulos core SAP) || SAP Accounts Payable and Government Invoice Tax Validation SME - Soporte
Brindar soporte end-to-end sobre procesos de SAP Plant Maintenance, incluyendo integraciones de entrada y salida con diversos sistemas utilizados por IT y OT.
Analizar los incidentes generados diariamente relacionados con los procesos end-to-end de SAP Plant Maintenance, incluyendo identificación del trabajo, planificación, scheduling, ejecución, monitoreo y cierre.
Realizar análisis de causa raíz y proporcionar soluciones de corto y largo plazo. Los incidentes deben resolverse dentro del SLA.
Trabajar con el equipo técnico para analizar errores relacionados con ABAP / CPI (Middleware).
Monitorear fallas en todas las interfaces relacionadas con Plant Maintenance, registrar, analizar y proporcionar soluciones de corto y largo plazo.
Ser capaz de configurar y proporcionar soluciones de corto y largo plazo.
Ser capaz de configurar y resolver problemas en todos los procesos end-to-end de Asset Management (SAP Plant Maintenance) de Newmont.
Trabajar con los equipos de negocio para capacitarlos en resolución y prevención de errores.
Coordinar con equipos internos, incluyendo IT, Operaciones y Supply Chain, para asegurar la resolución de defectos técnicos y una implementación fluida.
Dar soporte a releases SAP, actualizaciones HRSP y actividades de refresh de instancias, incluyendo testing de regresión.
Dar soporte a UT, SIT y UAT, incluyendo diseño y ejecución de de prueba positivos y negativos.
Desarrollar y asistir al equipo de reporting en sus necesidades de testing.
Contar con habilidades para preparar especificaciones funcionales para que el equipo técnico desarrolle integraciones custom, incluyendo todos los casos de prueba relevantes. También se esperan sugerencias de desarrollo para facilitar el soporte.
Realizar triage de tickets (error de usuario, correcciones de master data, gaps de entrenamiento o dependencias con otros equipos).
Diagnosticar y resolver defectos del sistema, errores de integración y problemas específicos de módulos para garantizar el rendimiento continuo del sistema.
