Executive Assistant / Office & Services Coordinator

Estamos buscando un/a Executive Assistant & Office Services Coordinator para sumarse a nuestro equipo.
Propósito del rol
Brindar soporte integral a la Gerencia General y Directores, asegurando la correcta gestión de servicios, proveedores, eventos corporativos y la coordinación operativa con otras empresas del edificio, garantizando orden, anticipación y excelencia operativa.
Responsabilidades principales
Gestión de proveedores y servicios
- Administración y actualización de proveedores en sistemas corporativos
- Coordinación con Compras para asegurar continuidad de servicios
- Gestión de proveedores (cámaras, consultores, movilidad, hotelería, etc.)
- Control de facturación y cumplimiento de condiciones acordadas
Organización de eventos
- Planificación y coordinación de eventos internos y externos
- Gestión de locaciones, proveedores y logística integral
- Coordinación de invitados, traslados y servicios
- Seguimiento y cierre administrativo post evento
Soporte ejecutivo
- Asistencia a Gerencia General y Directores
- Gestión de agenda y coordinación con stakeholders
- Manejo de comunicaciones e información confidencial
Relación institucional
- Punto de contacto con empresas del edificio (CEL)
- Coordinación de temas operativos compartidos
Soporte administrativo
- Organización documental
- Coordinación de viajes corporativos
- Soporte general a la operación diaria
Qué buscamos
- Estudios terciarios o universitarios (Administración, Comunicación o afines)
- Experiencia en roles de asistencia ejecutiva, office management o coordinación administrativa
- Experiencia interactuando con proveedores, compras y liderazgo senior
- Deseable trayectoria en entornos multinacionales

- Organización y anticipación
- Perfil resolutivo y orientado al servicio
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales
- Manejo de información confidencial
- Capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas con alto nivel de detalle
Otros requisitos
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable)
- Manejo de MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experiencia con sistemas corporativos y procesos de compras
