As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative , you will play a key role within our Customer Care Centers. Your primary focus will be to acquire new customers, particularly within the small and medium-sized enterprise segment, and develop new business opportunities across both full container load and less than container load services. Your main goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sustainable business growth.

How you create impact

• Attract new customers and generate business opportunities, particularly within the small and medium sized enterprise segment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and engagement across multiple channels.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing customers with insights into the ocean freight market and offering comprehensive logistics solutions tailored to their needs.
• Accurately record and track all commercial activities and customer information within the customer relationship management system, providing visibility into account performance and growth opportunities.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Sales Executive.
• Mandatory experience within the logistics industry.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
