About the Company

Our client is a newly established business consulting firm with a focus on the international market. They have strong connections in the translation, interpretation, and community engagement industries in the United States and Argentina. They provide a range of services to help businesses grow and adapt, such as expansion strategies, crisis restructuring, team training, marketing strategies and campaigns, among others.

About the Position

Our client is looking for a Co-Founder to join the company. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on the challenge of leading and expanding the business. You will work hand-in-hand with the founder to shape the direction of the company, develop and implement business strategies, and drive growth in the international market.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand their market presence.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.
• Business Planning: Collaborate with the founder to set and achieve business objectives.
• Financial Strategy: Work with the founder to establish financial planning and budgeting
• Expansion Planning: Develop and implement strategies for business expansion and entering new markets.
• Operational Organization: Organize and manage operational processes to support scalable growth as the business expands.
• Develop and write detailed business plans to support strategic decision-making and company growth.
• Conduct thorough business analyses to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and recommend solutions for improving operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in the business world.
• University or tertiary degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in at least one CRM software.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative.
• Ready to invest a minimum amount of initial capital (details to be discussed based on the candidate’s profile and situation).
