- Tienes al menos 1 año de experiencia como Consultor/a de Selección/ Recruiter /Talent Acquisition en el ámbito tecnológico.
- Posees experiencia en búsqueda directa del talento con diversas herramientas (LinkedIn, boolean Search)
- Estás cómodo/a manteniendo una conversación en inglés ( nivel de inglés Upper intermediate o + preferentemente.
- Te caracterizan tu proactividad, habilidades de comunicación y orientación al logro de objetivos.
- Te gustan los entornos dinámicos.
- Valoramos positivamente si has tenido experiencia específica con perfiles de entorno Infraestructura y seguridad informática
- La posición es full time/remote
