Buscamos una persona apasionada por el marketing basado en datos, con experiencia gestionando campañas de publicidad digital y orientada a generar resultados medibles.
Su principal desafío será diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de Paid Media para potenciar la generación de leads B2B, administrando la inversión publicitaria y mejorando continuamente la performance de los distintos canales de adquisición.
Trabajará de manera colaborativa con los equipos de Marketing, Diseño y Comercial, participando activamente en la estrategia de crecimiento de doc24 para Argentina, México y Brasil.
Ubicación: Rosario, Santa Fe.
Modalidad: Híbrida (2 días presenciales / 3 días remotos).
Jornada: Part Time (lunes a viernes de 13 a 17 hs).
Tipo de contratación: Monotributo
Responsabilidades- Diseñar, implementar y gestionar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads y LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimizar campañas mediante el análisis de métricas como CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC y ROAS.
- Administrar el presupuesto publicitario buscando maximizar el retorno de la inversión.
- Configurar y monitorear conversiones utilizando Google Analytics 4 y Google Tag Manager.
- Realizar pruebas A/B sobre anuncios, audiencias y creatividades para mejorar la performance.
- Elaborar reportes e identificar oportunidades de optimización basadas en datos.
- Trabajar junto a los equipos de Diseño, Contenido y Comercial para potenciar la generación y calidad de los leads.
- Investigar nuevas tendencias, plataformas y oportunidades de adquisición digital.
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años gestionando campañas de Paid Media.
- Experiencia en generación de leads (preferentemente B2B).
- Manejo de Google Ads, Meta Ads y LinkedIn Ads.
- Conocimientos de Google Analytics 4 y Google Tag Manager.
- Experiencia trabajando con métricas de performance (CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC y ROAS).
- Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y mejora continua.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples campañas y trabajar por objetivos.
- Experiencia en empresas SaaS, tecnología o salud digital.
- Conocimientos de Looker Studio.
- Experiencia en herramientas de automatización de marketing y CRM.
- Conocimientos de CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
