Customer Service - Transporte Terrestre Resumen del Puesto
Buscamos un perfil dinámico para coordinar operaciones de carga terrestre. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en el sector y excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con clientes, equipos y proveedores.
Responsabilidades- Seguimiento de tiempos de tránsito y reporte proactivo a clientes.
- Coordinación diaria con equipos, despachantes y transportistas.
- Emisión de documentación relevante para operaciones de comercio exterior.
- Realización de cotizaciones, actualización de planillas de tráfico y gestión de entregas.
- Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en Transporte Internacional, Comercio Exterior o Freight Forwarders.
- Estudios en Comercio Internacional, Logística o carreras afines.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel (excluyente) y familiaridad con sistemas TMS/ERP.
- Disponibilidad para responder eventualidades operativas fuera del horario habitual.
- Herramientas de trabajo corporativas (celular y notebook).
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrida.
