Contract Advisor Intern: Global Sourcing & Legal

The selected candidates will join the BASSC Contracting team.

Responsibilities

• Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence.
• e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation.
• Analytical support for contract planning.
• Preparation of performance reports.
• Electronic administration of the contract portfolio.
• Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process.
• Follow-up and control of Sector procedures.
• Maintenance and organization of documents in SharePoint.
• Catalog maintenance (construction of new catalogs and updating of existing ones).
• Preparation of tenders, validation, and primary analysis of offers.
• Control of contracts to be finalized.
• Follow-up of invoices / payments.
• Invoice/Payment Tracking Price Analysis Interns will have the opportunity to be part of the Contract Advisors team, start understanding the role and its tasks, and their impact on the business.
• Additionally, they will have the chance to interact with requesters from different countries and regions, with diverse cultures and priorities.

Requirements

• Students in their 3rd year of Business Administration - Industrial Engineering - Engineering - Law or related.
• Handling of Office Package.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Hours per week: 20 hours.
• Internship duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months.
• Location: Puerto Madero, CABA.
