Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions that meet both business and technical objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay on schedule and meet quality expectations Participate in architecture-focused discussions, sharing input that helps steer project direction Review code produced by fellow developers, offering constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise throughout the development lifecycle Mentor less experienced team members, helping them grow their technical skills and confidence Take part in planning sessions, contributing to scope definition and timeline estimates Stay current with industry trends and apply useful new techniques to everyday work Maintain clear documentation of key technical decisions and processes to support long-term maintainability Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm deliverables meet agreed expectations A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience Practical understanding of AI tools and concepts, applied to enhance development and solution design Strong hands-on expertise with .NET for building robust, enterprise-grade applications Solid command of C# for developing efficient, well-structured application logic Proficiency in Unit Testing practices to ensure stable, reliable, and maintainable code Strong understanding of Software Architecture principles for designing scalable and sustainable systems Familiarity with SDLC Methodologies to support organized and efficient project execution Capable of using SQL to structure, manage, and retrieve data from relational databases Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, and ADO.NET for handling data access and persistence within .NET applications Practical experience working within a Microsoft Azure cloud environment Exposure to Amazon Web Services for managing and deploying cloud-based solutions Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
