LenoxHR está en la búsqueda de un/a QA Automation talentoso/a y proactivo/a para sumarse a nuestro equipo.
Buscamos una persona meticulosa, con experiencia en pruebas manuales y automatizadas, conocimientos de performance, atención al detalle y una actitud resolutiva para asegurar la calidad, estabilidad y correcto funcionamiento de nuestras aplicaciones y sistemas.

Responsabilidades
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pruebas automatizadas.
- Crear y ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración, regresión y end-to-end.
- Analizar requerimientos y definir escenarios y criterios de prueba.
- Identificar, documentar y realizar seguimiento de defectos e incidencias.
- Ejecutar pruebas sobre APIs y mantener colecciones de Postman.
- Diseñar y analizar pruebas de performance, carga y estrés, identificando posibles problemas de rendimiento.
- Mantener actualizados scripts, datos de prueba, evidencias y documentación.
- Colaborar con Desarrollo y Producto para asegurar la calidad de las funcionalidades.
- Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos y herramientas de QA.
Requisitos
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en QA Automation o roles similares.
- Experiencia con Cypress y JavaScript .
- Experiencia en testing de APIs.
- Conocimientos de pruebas de performance con JMeter, k6 o herramientas similares.
- Experiencia en creación y mantenimiento de casos de prueba.
- Manejo de herramientas de seguimiento de incidencias como Jira .
- Conocimientos de SQL / bases de datos relacionales
- Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile/Scrum .
- Capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
Conocimientos valorados
- Integración de pruebas en pipelines de CI/CD .
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins o similares.
- Docker.
- AWS o Azure.
- Herramientas de monitoreo y observabilidad.
- Pentesting.
Modalidad y ubicación
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrida.
- Preferentemente residir en CABA o en el primer cordón del GBA.
- Oficinas ubicadas en Palermo, cerca de Plaza Italia.
- Horario de trabajo: lunes a viernes, de 09:00 a 18:00.
