JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Business, Data & Projects Analyst to work closely with our executive and leadership teams, transforming complex questions, fragmented information, and business needs into clear insights, structured solutions, and actionable outcomes.

This is a hybrid role combining business analysis, data, technology, process improvement, and project management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You should know how to find the right information, challenge incomplete answers, connect multiple sources, and turn data into clear recommendations for decision-making.

You will also support strategic and technology-related projects, build reporting frameworks and dashboards, improve processes, and identify opportunities to automate and simplify how we work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, organize, and validate information from multiple internal and external sources, systems, documents, databases, and teams.
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues, and proactively work to resolve them.
• Analyze operational, business, project, financial, performance, and technology-related information to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
• Transform complex or fragmented information into clear tables, reports, dashboards, and executive-ready insights.
• Build and implement formats and frameworks for executive meetings, project tracking, dashboards, business opportunities, and other strategic initiatives.
• Prepare accurate and structured information to support executive decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate strategic, operational, and technology-related projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive follow-up across teams and ensure commitments, deliverables, and next steps move forward.
• Document, implement, and continuously improve business processes.
• Identify manual or inefficient workflows and support automation and systems integration opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Support the functional administration and implementation of selected technology platforms and tools.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Data/Operations Analysis, Business Intelligence, Technical Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Consulting, Strategic Operations, or technology-related Project Management.
• Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience gathering, cleaning, reconciling, analyzing, and presenting information from multiple sources.
• Solid understanding of business data and basic database concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential issues.
• Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders across different teams, including situations where you do not have direct authority.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to operate independently with limited initial direction.
• High level of technological curiosity and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Hands‑on experience using Artificial Intelligence tools as part of day‑to‑day work.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, automation tools, Python, Power BI, Looker Studio, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Apps Script, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Experience building executive dashboards, implementing processes, working in consulting, or supporting a CEO, General Manager, or Chief of Staff is a plus.
