Lead Data Analyst (Anaplan)

Architect, maintain, and evolve the Anaplan-based model supporting marketing spend operations, ROI forecasting, and reporting Coordinate and ensure smooth data movement across Anaplan, Workfront, Snowflake, and Tableau for marketing, finance, and operations data Extend the model to new Marketing business segments and additional use cases Convert real-world budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes into scalable connected planning solutions Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives while balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategy Partner across teams in Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies Use analytical thinking and technical analysis to support data manipulation needs Deep expertise with 5+ years of Anaplan model-building and a minimum Level 2 Model Builder Certification Background in integrating large-scale ERPs such as SAP BPC, SAC and HANA or Oracle Practical experience operating in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban Advanced skills in SQL and Tableau, Power BI or Qlik Strong ability to juggle multiple initiatives while balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation capability Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level Level 3 Certification Participation in at least one full Anaplan implementation cycle
