Senior AI Engineer

Como Sr. AI Engineer en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.
- Liderar el diseño e implementación de estrategias robustas de Prompt Engineering y manejo de contexto para garantizar la precisión del agente conversacional.
- Integrar e implementar modelos de lenguaje de última generación, asegurando su correcto despliegue y máximo rendimiento operativo.
- Construir y monitorear pipelines de datos específicos para analizar las interacciones conversacionales y asegurar la calidad continua de las respuestas.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del agente, desde la toma de requerimientos hasta la entrega de un producto funcional.
- Consultar y explotar bases de datos masivas para alimentar el conocimiento del agente y garantizar la consistencia de las métricas.
¿Qué buscamos en vos?
- Tener experiencia en IA Generativa, arquitecturas RAG y frameworks como LangChain o LlamaIndex.
- Poseer conocimientos en el manejo de bases de datos relacionales y masivas como BigQuery y MySQL, así como en bases vectoriales y orientadas a grafos.
- Contar con experiencia en servicios de nube y Google ADK para el despliegue de soluciones escalables.
- Tener conocimientos en herramientas de orquestación como n8n o Airflow y entornos de desarrollo modernos.
- Poseer experiencia en el uso de herramientas de monitoreo de interacción, pipelines de observabilidad para LLMs y diseño de ontologías.
