Deine Aufgaben
fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams gemäß qualitativen und quantitativen Projektzielen
regelmäßige Mitarbeitergespräche zu fachlichen, organisatorischen und leistungsbezogenen Themen
Planung und Durchführung von Teammeetings
Monitoring, Qualitätssicherung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Projektprozessen
Sicherstellung sowie Steigerung von Produktivität und Profitabilität
Dein Profil
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift
berufliche Erfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrungen
sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ((Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
hohes Maß an Beurteilungsvermögen und Durchsetzungsstärke
strukturierte, leistungs- und umsatzorientierte Arbeitsweise
ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation, hohes Engagement und Selbstständigkeit
idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
