• Supervise AML/CFT clients Due Diligence process. Oversee due diligence processes, including customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts responsible for conducting due diligence reviews, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure the accuracy and quality of their work.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of due diligence reports prepared by the team, identifying any deficiencies or errors and providing corrective feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that due diligence processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 

• +4 years of proven experience in a similar AML/CFT role.
• Bachelor's degree in Law. An AML Certification such as ACAMS will be valued.
• Spanish & English Bilingual
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to critically review documents, identify patterns, and detect potential compliance risks.
• Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of leading and motivating teams are vital.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• A keen awareness of the changing regulatory landscape and emerging trends in AML/CFT is necessary.
