En Huenei estamos buscando un/a Technical Lead / Team Lead para sumarse a proyectos desafiantes, participando activamente en la definición, construcción y evolución de soluciones tecnológicas.

- Guiando al equipo en la construcción de soluciones robustas y mantenibles.
- Diseñando arquitecturas modernas basadas en microservicios y entornos cloud.
- Participando activamente en el desarrollo, debugging y resolución de incidentes.
- Asegurando buenas prácticas mediante code reviews y estándares de calidad.
- Trabajando con pipelines de CI/CD para lograr entregas continuas.
- Colaborando con Producto, Negocio y QA para alinear objetivos y prioridades.
- Descomponiendo problemas complejos en soluciones claras y ejecutables.
- Planificando iteraciones, estimando esfuerzos y priorizando tareas.
- Acompañando el crecimiento técnico del equipo a través de mentoring.
- Comunicando decisiones técnicas de forma clara a distintos stakeholders.
Si contás con…
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares dentro del área de desarrollo de software.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de desarrollo Java en entornos basados en microservicios.
- Conocimientos sólidos en Java y frameworks asociados.
- Experiencia en arquitecturas distribuidas e integración de sistemas propios y de terceros.
- Experiencia con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan u otros marcos ágiles).
- Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión como Jira, Redmine o similares.
- Experiencia trabajando con CI/CD, contenedores y orquestadores.
- Conocimientos en plataformas cloud como OpenShift, Google Cloud
- Experiencia con servicios y microservicios REST/SOAP.
- Conocimientos en bases de datos Oracle, SQL Server y motores no relacionales como MongoDB (deseable).
- Manejo avanzado de repositorios Git, SVN o Azure Repos.
Condiciones de trabajo
Modalidad presencial por propósito: La asistencia a oficina no responde a una cantidad fija de días semanales, sino a las necesidades del proyecto y del equipo. Puede haber períodos con mayor presencialidad y otros completamente remotos.
