Senior Ruby on Rails Developer — Remote, Impactful
Rootstrap
Rootstrap is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a remote multicultural team and drive the full development lifecycle for web and mobile apps. You will work independently to deliver high-quality software aligned with client needs and company standards.
You will design solutions, implement automated tests with Rails (RSpec preferred), and collaborate with product stakeholders to ensure technical decisions deliver real value. This role supports remote work across multiple regions.
