Business Growth Specialist
M. Sullivan & Son Limited
This role offers an exciting opportunity for our team in Argentina or India, working closely with Partners and Practice Area Leaders to drive Frost & Sullivan’s Growth.
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in:
- Building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and C‑suite leaders globally
- Conducting outreach to prospective clients to source and secure appointments
- Understanding client business challenges and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborating internally across advisory and analytics teams to drive client engagement and growth opportunities
What we are looking for:
- Confidence and comfort in picking up the phone, making outbound calls, and initiating business conversations with senior stakeholders
- Resourcefulness in identifying and reaching the right decision makers and key contacts across organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
- Strong interest in business development, relationship building, and client engagement
- Full time or part time (if you’re continuing your existing role) engagement
