Financial Structuring Lead

Somos una de las principales compañías de generación de electricidad del país y nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil senior que lidere la evaluación, estructuración y ejecución de operaciones de financiamiento corporativo y de proyectos , acompañando iniciativas estratégicas vinculadas al desarrollo y optimización de nuestro portafolio energético.
La posición tendrá interacción con bancos locales e internacionales, organismos multilaterales, inversores institucionales, agencias de rating y mercados de capitales , participando de operaciones de financiamiento y liability management.
Responsabilidades

Liderar la estructuración y ejecución de financiamientos corporativos y de proyectos .

Evaluar alternativas de financiamiento bancario, mercado de capitales y organismos multilaterales.

Coordinar operaciones de préstamos sindicados, financiamientos bilaterales, project finance, emisiones de deuda y liability management .

Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros para análisis crediticio, evaluación de estructuras de financiamiento y proyección de escenarios.

Preparar presentaciones y materiales para bancos, inversores, agencias de rating, organismos multilaterales y alta dirección.

Coordinar procesos de due diligence junto con asesores financieros, legales y técnicos.

Analizar documentación financiera y contractual asociada a las distintas operaciones.

Monitorear covenants, obligaciones financieras, vencimientos e indicadores de endeudamiento.
Requisitos
- Graduados/as de Economía, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Project Finance, Financiamiento Estructurado, Debt Capital Markets, Crédito Corporativo, Debt Advisory o áreas relacionadas.
- Sólidos conocimientos de análisis y modelización financiera y evaluación crediticia .
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint .
- Inglés avanzado , oral y escrito. - Excluyente -
