**LOOKING FOR LATAM BASED CANDIDATES**
Position: LatAm Graphic Designer
Working Schedule: 9 AM 6 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday
Holiday: TBD
Salary Range: $2500 $3000 / Monthly (depending on interview assessment and client's approval)
About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced LATAM Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and print design and will be responsible for producing highquality marketing communications that align with our brand's vision and goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing communications for digital and print platforms including email newsletters homepage banners website assets Amazon content and more.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative solutions that enhance our brand.
- Develop motion graphics for various digital platforms including social media and ads.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an inhouse studio brand or agency setting .
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop After Effects Premiere Pro and Illustrator .
- Strong conceptual skills and a highlevel sense of design with a comprehensive understanding of typography color usability and layout.
- Experience in digital asset creation with a mobilefirst mentality.
- Ability to be selfsufficient and proactive with a focus on the enduser experience.
- Strong file management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take direction and work closely with project managers and other team members .
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- a portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with photography photo image manipulation color correction and retouching.
- Experience with Figma .
Language Skills:
- Excellent written verbal and spelling skills in English.
Physical Demands:
- May be subjected to working extended hours.
- Must be able to work the graveyard shift (9 AM 6 PM Pacific Standard Time)
