What You Get:

• Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 USD per hour (Paid Weekly)
• Monthly Bonus: Up to 12% bonus based on performance each month

What You Will Do:

• Run recruiting end to end, from writing the posting to a new hire's first day, across our Chicago roles and our remote Latin America roles
• Keep ApplicantPro, our ATS, accurate so no candidate ever sits in limbo
• Market open positions and run the outreach that brings qualified applicants in the door
• Handle screening calls, book baseline and focused interviews, and prepare what hiring managers need to make a call
• Compare Predictive Index behavioral targets against candidate results
• Write the scorecard notes and deliver honest feedback, including when a candidate is not the one
• Carry onboarding and offboarding, including background checks and exit interviews
• Grow our employer brand through reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed
• Report on screening volume, time to hire, quality of hire, retention, and turnover, then adjust your sourcing based on what the numbers say

What You Need:

• At least 2 years as a full cycle recruiter, 4 or more preferred
• Strong English! Fluent English speakers only, along with native Spanish
• Hands on experience working inside an Applicant Tracking System
• A working understanding of US labor law at the federal, state, and local level, or the drive to get there quickly
• Predictive Index knowledge or experience with a comparable behavioral assessment
• Your own computer equipment and dependable internet
