Desde FYG | For Your Growth acompañamos la búsqueda de un/a Product Manager para sumarse a una compañía líder en tecnología y servicios digitales, en un desafío estratégico dentro de su ecosistema financiero.
Buscamos una persona con experiencia en Producto dentro de banca, fintech o industrias reguladas , con capacidad para liderar equipos, diseñar estrategias de identidad digital y construir soluciones que permitan una experiencia de acceso simple, segura y confiable para los usuarios.
El desafío estará enfocado en liderar el ecosistema de Identidad , acompañando la evolución de los procesos de alta, autenticación, validación y prevención de fraude, asegurando el cumplimiento regulatorio y una experiencia óptima para los clientes.
¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia y evolución de las capacidades de identidad del negocio, trabajando sobre los puntos más críticos de la relación con los usuarios: desde su incorporación al ecosistema hasta la protección frente a riesgos y comportamientos fraudulentos.
Tendrás un rol estratégico y transversal, articulando con equipos de Producto, Tecnología, Compliance, Prevención de Lavado, Fraude y Riesgos para diseñar soluciones escalables y alineadas al negocio.
Además, liderarás Product Owners, impulsando la evolución del equipo y promoviendo una cultura de producto basada en impacto, datos y mejora continua.
Principales desafíos
Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Product Owners, fortaleciendo capacidades y buenas prácticas de producto.
Definir la estrategia de identidad digital, onboarding y controles asociados al acceso de clientes.
Diseñar y evolucionar soluciones vinculadas a KYC, AML y prevención de fraude.
Garantizar una experiencia de alta y acceso simple, segura y eficiente para los usuarios.
Trabajar sobre mecanismos de validación de identidad y gestión de proveedores especializados.
Definir reglas y estrategias antifraude en conjunto con equipos de Riesgo, Compliance y Prevención de Lavado.
Acompañar la evolución del ecosistema financiero digital, considerando nuevos modelos de servicio y regulación vigente.
Coordinar iniciativas transversales con áreas internas y partners externos.
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia en roles de Producto.
Experiencia en banca, fintech o industrias financieras reguladas.
Experiencia liderando equipos de Producto y acompañando Product Owners.
Trayectoria en productos relacionados con identidad digital, onboarding, KYC, AML o prevención de fraude.
Experiencia trabajando junto a equipos de Compliance, Riesgos, Fraude y Legal.
Capacidad para combinar visión estratégica, entendimiento regulatorio y foco en experiencia del usuario.
Valoramos especialmente
Experiencia en billeteras digitales, bancos digitales o neobancos.
Conocimiento de procesos de validación de identidad y proveedores KYC.
Experiencia en diseño de controles antifraude y monitoreo de riesgos.
Haber trabajado en entornos de alta escala y con productos críticos para el negocio.
