Job Description
Market Analytic & Business Intelligence (MABI)
- Crear e implementar los planes de MABI para Cluster Sur para obtener información consistente teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del negocio.
- Realizar y coordinar estudios de mercado. Analizar resultados e impulsar, junto con las áreas comerciales, planes de acción.
- Identificar tendencias y oportunidades del mercado que generen la implementación de iniciativas para elevar el nivel de trabajo de su área de responsabilidad.
- Mejorar la calidad de información de la compañía y educar a los usuarios para una correcta toma de decisiones a través de ejemplos, capacitación y aplicaciones.
- Crear / mejorar los modelos comerciales de negocio.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación y cálculo de los incentivos a la fuerza de ventas en la región. Proponer mejoras a los sistemas de incentivos para todas las unidades de negocio.
- Manejo de las fuentes de información, tales como auditorías de la industria, reportes de ventas de terceros y/u otros reportes externos, definiendo una governza, análisis y proceso de reporting en base a las necesidades de cada negocio.
- Participar como miembro activo de los Brand Teams de cada Marca generando valor agregado desde su rol.
In Field Team Excellence (IFTe)
- Proporcionar información al negocio que les permita tomar decisiones para mejorar el desempeño del IFT.
- Implementar la Metodología de IFT y sus correspondientes IFT Playbooks globales.
- Colaborar con el análisis de la productividad de los roles de campo, buscando maximizar la inversión en base a los KPI de cada negocio. Incluso considerando las dinámicas de promoción multicanal.
- Facilitar el análisis de la información requerida para implementar una correcta alocación de recursos y un modelo adecuado de focalización (“Targeting”).
- Dar entrenamientos y soporte al IFT con respeto al uso de la herramienta Veeva u otras.
- Ser un aliado en el desarrollo e implementación de los planes de ciclo en los periodos correspondientes.
- Optimizar ficheros generando revisiones proactivas de la base de datos en Veeva (ficheros, direcciones e instituciones) para comercial, acceso y medical.
- Liderar, desde la perspectiva de Customer Excellence, el proceso de manejo de cuentas
Qualifications
Qualifications
Conocimientos formales:
- Estudiante avanzado (últimas materias) ó carrera terminada de Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería o similar. - Cursos en Investigación e Inteligencia de Mercados
Conocimientos de soporte:
- Dominio de Auditorías farmacéuticas (IQVIA/CLOSE UP).
- Conocimientos sólidos e importantes en razonamiento numérico lógico.
- Solido manejo de Proyectos.
- Conocimientos de Marketing.
Manejo de Software:
- Excel: Avanzado
- PowerPoint: Avanzado
- Manejo de Veeva CRM
- Conocimiento de OneKey
- Administradores de bases de Datos
- Manejo de sistemas como Power BI / Slate / Foundry
- Experiencia en el manejo y destreza para la extracción y análisis de datos.
Experiencia laboral mínima requerida:
- 2 años en posición similar manejando Business Intelligence o IFT Excellence en una empresa de la industria farmacéutica o posición analítica en consultoría que brinde soporte a la Industria farmacéutica.
