Resumen del Puesto

Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional proactivo y organizado para administrar y potenciar una comunidad online enfocada en la compra, venta y networking de relojes. El candidato ideal poseerá un excelente manejo de herramientas digitales y una gran capacidad para fomentar la interacción y el crecimiento de la comunidad.

Responsabilidades

Administración y moderación de grupos online, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas.
Implementación de estrategias para la incorporación de nuevos miembros y el crecimiento de la comunidad.
Mantenimiento de registros organizados de miembros y su actividad.
Elaboración de informes periódicos sobre la participación, actividad y crecimiento de la comunidad.
Análisis de la participación de los miembros más activos.
Creación de contenido de valor, incluyendo información relevante, novedades, estadísticas y material relacionado con el universo de los relojes.
Propuesta de acciones innovadoras para incrementar la participación y mejorar la calidad de la comunidad.

Requisitos

Experiencia comprobable en administración de comunidades online.
Excelente manejo de plataformas de mensajería instantánea y redes sociales.
Habilidades sólidas en comunicación y redacción.
Capacidad analítica para la elaboración de informes.
Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
Interés o conocimiento del mundo de los relojes será valorado.
