Deine Aufgaben
Projektmanagement und Leitung interner Kundenservice Teams
Schnittstelle zum Auftraggeber und Teammitglieder
Sicherstellung der Qualitätsziele und der vorgegebenen Erfolgsquoten
Organisation und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Teammeeting
Weiterentwicklung der Projekte zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Kundenbindung
Dein Profil
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift
berufliche Erfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrungen
sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ((Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
hohes Maß an Beurteilungsvermögen und Durchsetzungsstärke
strukturierte, leistungs- und umsatzorientierte Arbeitsweise
ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation, hohes Engagement und Selbstständigkeit
idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Call Center Umfeld
