Social Media Manager Trabajamos con marcas de distintos rubros combinando contenido + estrategia + performance. Procesos claros para ejecutar con criterio y visión de negocio.
El rol Combina la ejecución ordenada del día a día con la mirada estratégica que entiende el negocio detrás de cada cuenta. No solo publica — piensa, propone y aprende de los datos.
Responsabilidades —Definición de estrategia de contenidos por canal, con foco en objetivos de negocio de cada cliente. —Planificación y calendarización semanal/mensual para múltiples cuentas. —Redacción de copys: tono de marca, hooks, CTAs y piezas orientadas a resultados. —Publicación y programación de contenido. —Coordinación con diseño, edición y paid media para alinear orgánico con campañas. —Reportes semanales (operativos) y mensuales (analíticos) con aprendizajes y propuestas concretas de mejora.
✅ Requisitos —Excelente redacción y criterio comunicacional. —Experiencia gestionando múltiples cuentas en simultáneo (agencia o freelance). —Manejo avanzado de Instagram y Facebook + herramientas de programación (Metricool, Creator Studio o similares). —Capacidad de leer métricas, sacar conclusiones y proponer acciones concretas. —Perfil ordenado: cumplimiento de tiempos, seguimiento y comunicación clara con el equipo. ➕ Se valora —Canva / Adobe para ajustes rápidos de piezas. —Experiencia en servicios, real estate, obras o B2B. —Interés genuino en entender el negocio del cliente, no solo ejecutar.
Modalidad: Full Time · Híbrido (2/3 días presenciales en Belgrano, CABA)
