Paid Media Analyst

Job Description:
Buscamos Analista de Paid Media para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Medios Multi cuentas en CARAT (Grupo Dentsu). La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión, optimización y análisis de campañas, con foco principal en Google Ads, Meta Ads y TikTok, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de BI/reporting, AdOps/tecnologia y las cuentas de cliente.
Puesto Full Time en relación de dependencia.
Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida (presencial en Belgrano dos veces por semana)
Responsabilidades principales
- Planificar, implementar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager y TikTok como plataformas core.
- Analizar performance de campañas y proponer optimizaciones basadas en datos (CPA, ROAS, CTR, tasa de conversión, etc.).
- Gestionar presupuestos publicitarios asegurando eficiencia en la inversión.
- Colaborar con el equipo de AdOps/tecnologia en la correcta implementación de tracking (GTM, píxeles, conversiones).
- Elaborar reportes periódicos de performance para clientes internos y externos, en conjunto con el equipo de BI.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas funcionalidades, betas y cambios de algoritmo en las distintas plataformas de biddable media.
- Colaborar con la coordinadora en la definición de estrategias de cuenta y en el mentoreo de analistas junior.
Requisitos para aplicar
- 3+ años de experiencia en Agencias en roles de Paid Media.
- Manejo avanzado de Google Ads, Meta y TikTok (certificaciones son un plus).
- Capacidad analítica fuerte y manejo de Excel/Google Sheets avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).
- Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados, con capacidad de gestionar múltiples cuentas en simultáneo y de trabajar de forma coordinada con su coordinador.
