Localization Project Manager

Location: Argentina (remote)

Reports to: Global Program Manager
Working hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (9-hour shift: 8 hours of effective work plus a 1-hour break)

YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a Localization Project Manager at Acclaro,you’llbe the strategic force guiding global content through every stage of the localization lifecycle.You’lldrivecollaborationacross global teams, manage complex workflows, and ensure our clients receive high-qualitydeliverables, on time and on budget.You’llbe at the center of the action, creating meaningful impact while growing your career in a people-first, tech-enabled environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the planning and execution of diverse localization projects, from software to marketing to multimedia, across global markets
• Own project quality, timelines, and budgets while proactively managing risk and communication
• Act as the primary client liaison for project-related matters, ensuring transparency and trust at every touchpoint
• Align cross-functional teams, engineers, linguists, publishers, and more, to deliver seamless localization experiences
• Prepare project quotes,allocateresources, and define success metrics tailored to client goals
• Provide clear,timelystatus reports and insights that empower smarter decisions
• Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to scope and cost new opportunities
• Ensure that all administrative processes related to project delivery are completed with precision

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a fast-paced, global environment
• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
• Communicate confidently across cultures and thrive in a client-facing role
• Excel at organizing complex workflows while adapting to shifting priorities
• Bring a solutions-oriented mindset and proactively address challenges
• Are tech-comfortable and familiar with tools like Microsoft Project and project management platforms

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have experience with translation memory tools or TMS platforms
• Hold a PMP certification or similar project management credential
• Are fluent in more than one language (always a plus in our world)
• Haveworked with global or multilingual teams and love the complexity of cross-border collaboration
