Title: API Developer

Location: Seattle WA (100% Remote must be in the PST and MST time zones)

Duration: 6month Contract

Must Haves:

• How many years experience with 3rd party integrations particularly with Google Dialogflow CX ZenDesk and Salesforce
• Do you hold a Genesys certification (e.g. Genesys Architect Cert & Genesys Developer Cert at a minimum)
• Do you hold a bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
• How many years of handson experience with Genesys solutions including Genesys Cloud CX
• How many years experience with Genesys Workforce Engagement (specifically Workforce Mgmt/Quality Management)
• How many years experience natural language understanding (NLU) and conversational AI
• How many years experience with cloudbased contact center solutions and voice/chat channels.
• How many years experience with OAuth authentication service accounts and API administration
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• How many years experience with conducting / hosting work sessions to raise questions and confirm design
• How many years experience with technical documentation skills (e.g. unit test plans/results low level design as needed)

Preferred Skills:

• How many years experience using JSON and SQL Programming
• How knowledgeable are they of machine learning and speech recognition technologies Rate 1 to 5 (5 being highly knowledgeable)
• Do they have any pervious experience working within the city state or federal government space
• How many years experience working with Genesys Architect for creating call digital and message flows

Below is feedback we received on our first batch of submittals:

FOR THE API ROLE

• candidate Most Genesys experience is all onprem and Genesys PureCloud instead of Cloud CX. Refers to SDK (instead of API) experience which is mostly associated with onprem solutions. A pass for me.
• candidateThe resume lists some Cloud CX and Dialogflow (it doesnt specify ES or CX) but it also lists many onprem solutions where our development is in the cloud. He does have chances for the third Developer with API experience. Lets get his schedule midweek next week for a meetandgreet. Theres a possible chance if Mediu doesnt come along with a better candidate.
