Tu Misión como Technical Account Manager será...
Liderar implementaciones y operaciones estratégicas en Europa, actuando como socio consultivo del cliente y diseñando la estrategia técnica para asegurar el éxito de proyectos de alto impacto.
- Liderazgo de Cuentas Estratégicas: Gestionar las aerolíneas de mayor envergadura y complejidad técnica, garantizando la escalabilidad de la solución.
- Diseño de Soluciones Técnicas: Actuar como arquitecto de soluciones para casos de uso complejos que requieran múltiples integraciones o flujos de IA avanzados.
- Visión de Negocio e Industria: Aplicar el profundo conocimiento de los estándares aéreos (IATA, NDC) para guiar al cliente hacia implementaciones más eficientes.
- Gestión de Crisis y Escalamiento: Ser el referente para resolver situaciones críticas con interlocutores de alto nivel (Directores/C-Level) de las aerolíneas.
- Mejora de Procesos Internos: Definir estándares, plantillas y buenas prácticas para que las implementaciones sean cada vez más rápidas y consistentes.
- Reporte Ejecutivo: Brindar visibilidad de alto nivel sobre el estado del portafolio de implementaciones a la dirección.
Requisitos mínimos
Experiencia y formación
- Experiencia sólida (+5 años) en roles técnicos de cara al cliente o gestión de proyectos complejos.
- Profundo conocimiento del negocio aéreo (sistemas de reserva, procesos operativos).
- Capacidad estratégica para equilibrar las necesidades del cliente con la visión del producto.
- Experiencia en diseño de flujos de trabajo con LLMs e integraciones vía API. (deseable)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva y manejo de stakeholders.
- Inglés avanzado.

- Buen manejo de herramientas de gestión (CRM, Jira u otras similares).
