Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will help drive the adoption and evolution of React within our global Software Engineering team.

Combining hands‑on development with technical leadership, you will guide frontend projects from architecture and design through delivery. You will establish development practices, champion secure coding principles, and help engineering teams build scalable, maintainable, and high‑quality applications.

Although you will join the Americas team, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions and contribute to the broader global development community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical design of frontend solutions.
• Provide technical direction to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design reusable, responsive UI components and shared frontend libraries.
• Establish frontend development practices, coding standards, and secure coding principles.
• Integrate React applications with ASP.NET Core and .NET APIs.
• Lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability.
• Implement automated testing practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor developers and share frontend expertise across the broader engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX specialists, Architects, QA teams, and Backend Developers across regions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, while maintaining high quality and security standards.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Strong professional experience developing enterprise applications, typically gained through 5 or more years in software development.
• Significant hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience leading frontend projects or providing technical direction to software development teams.
• Ability to contribute quickly and work autonomously without extensive oversight.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with ASP.NET Core and .NET APIs.
• Familiarity with C#, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with component libraries such as Material UI, Fluent UI, or Telerik React.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks including Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, OWASP best practices, and frontend security principles.
• Experience building accessible and high‑performance web applications.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, distributed teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, technical judgment, and a proactive mindset.
