Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Business Development Executive para incorporarse a un hotel de alta categoría y reconocido prestigio en Córdoba Capital.
Buscamos una persona con fuerte orientación comercial y a resultados, experiencia en desarrollo de negocios y capacidad para identificar nuevas oportunidades, generar relaciones comerciales y contribuir al crecimiento de la cartera de clientes.
Será especialmente valorada la experiencia en hotelería, turismo, servicios, gastronomía, eventos o industrias relacionadas , particularmente en segmentos de alta gama y atención a clientes corporativos.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones comerciales, desarrollo de negocios, ventas o gestión de cuentas.
- Experiencia comprobable en prospección y generación de nuevos negocios.
- Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
- Experiencia en seguimiento de oportunidades y gestión del proceso comercial.
- Inglés avanzado o bilingüe.
- Manejo de CRM y herramientas informáticas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento.
- Fuerte orientación a resultados y autonomía para gestionar oportunidades.
- Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en hotelería y turismo.
- Será valorado el conocimiento de Opera PMS, Omnibees u otras plataformas y herramientas utilizadas en la industria hotelera.
Principales responsabilidades
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Realizar prospección activa y generar nuevos contactos comerciales.
- Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Detectar necesidades y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales.
- Gestionar el proceso comercial de punta a punta, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
- Participar en procesos de RFP (Request for Proposal) y presentaciones comerciales.
- Realizar seguimiento de oportunidades, clientes e indicadores comerciales.
- Trabajar en conjunto con las diferentes áreas del hotel para garantizar una adecuada experiencia del cliente.
- Proponer e implementar acciones orientadas al crecimiento de las ventas y la generación de nuevos negocios.
¿Qué ofrece el puesto?
- Incorporación a un hotel de alta categoría, reconocido y con sólida trayectoria dentro de la industria hotelera.
- Posición efectiva.
- Modalidad 100% presencial en Córdoba Capital.
- Jornada full time: lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs. y un sábado al mes, 4 horas por la mañana.
- Esquema de compensación competitivo con incentivos por desempeño.
- Oportunidad de desarrollarse en una posición con participación activa en la estrategia comercial y el desarrollo de nuevos negocios, dentro de una propuesta hotelera de alto nivel.
