The Fitzgerald Biosphere Group (FBG) is seeking a new Executive Officer/Project Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to work in a small team of passionate individuals within a progressive farming community in the Shire of Jerramungup on the beautiful South Coast of WA.
The EO role is 0.6 FTE and the Project Coordinator role is 0.4FTE.
The person taking on this position will undertake EO duties including the day-to-day governance, human resource, financial and project management. They will also be involved in strategic planning, project development, sourcing funds, delivering some of the current program and supporting staff.
The role is based in the Shire of Jerramungup, with flexible work conditions available for the right person. Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and to successfully build and nurture relationships will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will also require strong attention to detail, leadership skills, strategic and critical thinking, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Renumeration is negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications. An indicative desired salary range can be included in your application.
