Bilingual Executive Assistant

We are looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant to join a multinational company, providing support to C-Level executives. This is a highly visible role within an international environment, requiring excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, calls, and schedules with internal teams, other departments, and business partners. Coordinate the logistics of meetings, events, and business travel, ensuring all required documentation, presentations, and supporting materials are prepared in advance. Follow up on projects and team initiatives, tracking deadlines, pending items, and potential delays to ensure timely execution and escalating issues when necessary. Attend key meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items and next steps to ensure alignment and accountability. Prepare reports and presentations, including gathering, researching, and evaluating information as required. Maintain ongoing communication with team members and stakeholders, including drafting documents and communications in both Spanish and English. Coordinate with executive assistants supporting senior leadership, as well as with executives and key stakeholders across different markets. Provide general administrative and operational support for the office, including vendor management, supplies, services, and facility-related matters. Requirements 4+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative coordination, reception, or similar roles. Previous experience supporting senior executives, particularly VP, C-Level, or Director-level positions, is highly valued. Advanced English, both written and spoken, is required.
