Join a leading financial institution undergoing a strategic Core Banking transformation focused on implementing the ANSES module within the Bantotal Banking Core platform.

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to play a key role in the implementation and rollout of the ANSES solution, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations, ANSES, and technical teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful configuration, integration, and operation of processes related to pensions, retirement benefits, social security payments, and associated banking services.

Candidates must be based in Córdoba, Argentina , and available to work onsite at the bank's office three days per week .

This is you

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , Functional Analyst, or Functional Technician within financial institutions.

• Experience working with Core Banking implementation, migration, or transformation projects.

• Experience with processes related to ANSES , social security, pension benefits, retirement products, or similar financial services.

• Strong understanding of pension payments, benefit accreditation, retirements, allowances, and related banking processes.

• Experience gathering business requirements, performing functional analysis, and preparing functional documentation.

• Experience writing and validating SQL queries for data analysis and validation.

• Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps , Jira , or similar platforms.

• Experience planning and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Intermediate English or higher.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience working with Bantotal Core Banking , particularly ANSES or pension-related modules.

• Knowledge of banking integrations with government institutions and public sector organizations.

• Experience participating in large-scale customer, account, or pension benefit migration projects.

• Understanding of banking integration architectures and API-based services.

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the financial sector.

• Knowledge of banking regulations related to pensioners, retirees, and social security products.

This is your role

• Analyze, document, and optimize current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes related to ANSES operations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development and integration teams.

• Participate in the configuration and parameterization of the Bantotal ANSES module .

• Define and validate business rules related to pension benefits, payments, deductions, and associated financial services.

• Coordinate and validate integrations between ANSES, Core Banking, payment platforms, digital channels, and other enterprise systems.

• Support beneficiary, customer, and account migration activities during implementation.

• Design, execute, and coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT).

• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live support.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, ANSES requirements, and internal operational procedures.

• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials for business users.

• Collaborate closely with architecture, development, QA, operations, and business teams to deliver successful implementations.

• Contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure high standards of quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
