Experience Manager
Faena Hotel Buenos Aires
Sumamos a nuestro Experience Team un/a profesional con una fuerte orientación al cliente, creativo y flexible.
Como Experience Manager desarrollará las siguientes tareas:
- Contactar huéspedes con la debida anticipación para conocer sus preferencias y requerimientos para la futura estadía en el Hotel.
- Realizar el proceso de check in/ check out, actualizando en Opera toda la información personal.
- Recopilar la mayor información posible sobre gustos y preferencias, para proveer un servicio personalizado y diferencial a cada huésped.
- Asistir a los mismos con todas sus necesidades y requerimientos, antes, durante y posterior a su estadía en el Hotel
- Brindar la información correspondiente sobre atractivos turísticos y culturales de la ciudad.
- Realizar la contratación de tours, reservas en restaurantes, teatros, shows, estancias, alquiler de vehículos y demás servicios solicitados por los clientes.
- En caso de cubrir el horario nocturno se deberá cumplimentar con las tareas de auditoría correspondientes, reconciliación de cuentas, chequeo de tarifas, emisión de reportes correspondientes, lotes de tarjetas, cierre del día y preparación de documentación necesaria para el día siguiente.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la posición similar.
- Graduado de Estudios en Hotelería y/o Turismo (Técnico o Universitario)
- Inglés Avanzado
