# Head of Growth MarketingNuevoActualizado el 20 oct 2026## Acerca del rolBidcom busca un Head of Growth Marketing para liderar la estrategia de crecimiento rentable en Buenos Aires, en modalidad híbrida.Bidcom es una empresa líder en comercio electrónico, con marcas propias como Gadnic y presencia destacada en canales digitales y marketplaces.## Responsabilidades clave* Liderar la estrategia de Growth Marketing alineada con los objetivos de la empresa.* Dirigir un equipo de 5 profesionales y coordinar agencias externas.* Optimizar la inversión publicitaria en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta y TikTok.* Desarrollar el plan de negocio anual y el pronóstico mensual de inversión.* Gestionar la estrategia comercial en Mercado Ads y la relación con Mercado Libre.* Impulsar el tráfico orgánico mediante SEO técnico y estrategias de contenido.* Dirigir la estrategia de CRM y lifecycle en Salesforce Marketing Cloud.* Asegurar la excelencia en analítica y medición con herramientas como GA4 y GTM.* Planificar estrategias de crecimiento para eventos masivos como CyberMonday y Black Friday.* Reportar resultados y propuestas estratégicas a la dirección.## Requisitos indispensables* Más de 8 años de experiencia en marketing digital o growth en e-commerce o retail.* Experiencia gestionando presupuestos de paid media en Google Ads, Meta y TikTok.* Conocimiento en retail media y marketplaces, especialmente Mercado Libre.* Experiencia en CRM y automatización de marketing, preferiblemente con Salesforce.* Manejo avanzado de herramientas analíticas como GA4 y análisis de funnel.* Experiencia en la creación de business plans y forecasts de inversión.* Trayectoria liderando estrategias de crecimiento en eventos de alto volumen.* Título universitario en Marketing, Administración, Economía o carreras afines.* Experiencia en marketplaces, fintechs o retailers regionales.* Alcance regional en operaciones en múltiples países.* Posgrado o maestría en Negocios Digitales o Marketing.* Conocimiento de SEO técnico, estrategia de contenidos y GEO.* Manejo de BigQuery/SQL, Looker Studio o herramientas de BI.* Conocimiento técnico de martech y modelos de atribución.* Experiencia con Salesforce Data Cloud y personalización onsite.* Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado.## Beneficios* Modalidad híbrida en Saavedra, Buenos Aires.* Jornada de 9 a 18 horas.* Cobertura médica prepaga de primer nivel.* Descuentos en gimnasios Sport Club.* Día libre en el cumpleaños.* Descuentos en productos de la compañía.* Licencia por paternidad extendida.* Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.
