Buscamos un/a Content Producer responsable y creativo/a, apasionado/a por generar contenido de alto valor enfocado en clientes, para diferentes áreas y audiencias, apoyando tanto a Sales, CX y a Marketing.
➡️ Principales Responsabilidades
Apoyar la ejecución de la estrategia de casos de éxito de Humand e n múltiples formatos: artículos escritos, entrevistas, videos, documentos descargables, landing pages y contenidos web.
Transformar historias de clientes y casos de uso en distintos formatos de materiales comerciales y de marketing.
Redactar contenidos institucionales para la web y desarrollar nuevas landing pages con foco en casos de uso.
Coordinar con proveedores externos cuando sea necesario, asegurando calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
Mantener actualizada la biblioteca de recursos comerciales e institucionales y asegurar su difusión a través de diversos canales, facilitando su uso por parte de equipos internos.
Asegurar la consistencia de mensajes y storytelling en todos los materiales, alineando el contenido con la estrategia de marketing y posicionamiento de marca.
Monitorear y analizar el impacto del contenido generado para identificar oportunidades de mejora en formatos, distribución y efectividad comercial.
Trabajar con los equipos de Diseño, Multimedia, Growth, Social Media y CX para producir y adaptar contenidos en distintos formatos.

+3 años de experiencia en marketing de contenidos.
Habilidades sólidas de redacción y storytelling.
Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de contenido en múltiples formatos.
Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de contenidos y diseño básico (ej. Google Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
Mentalidad proactiva, con orientación a la innovación y la calidad.
Inglés avanzado.
Experiencia en B2B SaaS
