What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – GCF Service Delivery Hub (Portuguese Speaker)

Location : Buenos Aires, Argentina

Expected start date : July 2026

Duration : 6 months up to 18 months

 

Expectations and Tasks:

· Support Contract Creation for On-Premise Licenses & Cloud Subscriptions.

· Capacity to track and report volume and approval figures.

· Provide basic commercial calculations to the team.

· Cooperation and communication with internal customers.

· Ensures timely response to customers.

· Continuous improvement: Assist in projects to address long-term issues with commercial processes and drive efficiencies.

· Must be a regular University student, preferably graduating end of 2027 or later.

· Degree in Legal, Commercial and Accounting background is preferred.

· Advanced English and Portuguese languages skills (Mandatory).

· Excel and accounting expertise is a big plus.

· Customer service experience is a plus. The same applies to work and travel / foreign exchange experiences.

· Able to express ideas clearly and confidently in speech and writing.

· Team Player: Work confidently within a group.

· Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities & proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions.

· Determination to get things done. Make things happen & constantly looking for better ways of doing things.

· Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work on very tight deadlines, especially quarter end close

The position is assigned to the Service Delivery Hub Brazil team which is responsible of providing commercial and legal support to the Americas Region from Global Commercial Finance.

The team evaluates, approves and oversees sales quotations, commercial calculations and contracts for all the regions.

In addition, the team monitors policies and standard operating procedures executions, and constantly migrates task from local commercial market units.
