Misión
Sumarte como Product Owner al equipo de una de las compañías de maquinaria e equipos industriales más grandes del mundo, trabajando desde adentro de Accenture para impulsar la visión del producto siendo la voz del cliente. Aplicarás un enfoque de diseño centrado en el usuario, gestionarás el roadmap y el backlog, y liderarás el descubrimiento continuo para orientar las decisiones del producto.
✅ Responsabilidades
Definir y gestionar el product roadmap y el product backlog alineados a las necesidades del cliente
Tomar decisiones a nivel de equipo, colaborar con múltiples equipos y contribuir a decisiones clave de producto
Facilitar workshops y sesiones para recopilar requerimientos y feedback de stakeholders
Validar y probar ideas mediante bucles de retroalimentación recurrentes
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con equipos multifuncionales
Crear y presentar la visión y estrategia del producto a stakeholders garantizando claridad y compromiso
Monitorear el desempeño del producto y la satisfacción del usuario para promover mejoras continuas
Aplicar tendencias del mercado y necesidades del cliente para impulsar soluciones de valor
Requisitos excluyentes
Experiencia como Product Owner con Microsoft Dynamics (excluyente)
Perfil Senior/Especialista con expertise en gestión de producto y metodologías ágiles
Capacidad para liderar equipos multifuncionales y gestionar múltiples stakeholders
Inglés avanzado oral y escrito (interacción constante en inglés)
Disponibilidad para asistencia puntual a oficina o viajes si el proyecto lo requiere
