Technical Support Analyst

Tu misión como Technical Support Analyst será diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de Nivel 2 en nuestra mesa de ayuda, garantizando la continuidad del soporte técnico y el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio (SLA).
Desafíos del Rol
- Resolución Especializada (L2): Analizar y solucionar tickets derivados de Nivel 1 que requieran atención técnica especializada.
- Garantía de Servicio (SLA): Asegurar la estabilidad operativa de nuestros clientes previniendo costos por interrupciones.
- Continuous Learning: Capacitarte en nuestras herramientas y aplicaciones ERP para convertirte en un referente técnico dentro de la mesa de ayuda.
Requisitos y Skills
- Excluyente: Formación (graduado o estudiante) en Sistemas, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
- Excluyente: Conocimientos de bases de datos relacionales y sentencias SQL.
- Excluyente: Conocimientos de programación en .NET y/o Visual Basic.
- Deseable: Conocimientos o experiencia inicial en soporte técnico, metodologías de Help Desk y gestión de tickets.
- Deseable: Conocimientos de aplicativos ERP.
- Soft Skills: Rigor analítico, excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, atención al detalle y orientación a la satisfacción del cliente.
