Descripción del empleoDefinición de la estrategia de crecimiento doble dígito sostenido del canal año tras año en línea con la estrategia global y regional del negocio.
Selección de distribuidores acordes a la estrategia definida, logrando una representación en todos los países de la región de habla hispana.
Gestionar y alinear los recursos internos para brindar un mejor servicio a los canales, en línea con un proceso de mejora continua.
Brindar el soporte técnico y comercial a los distribuidores necesario para lograr los objetivos de crecimiento de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Capacitar regularmente a los distribuidores en el proceso de generación de valor de Veolia así como en la gestión comercial que garantice la salud financiera del canal.
Potenciar la marca Veolia a través de los canales, asegurando visitas de acompañamiento, así como la organización de congresos y seminarios.
Conocimiento y experiencia probadas en el mercado de especialidades químicas.
Conocimiento y experiencia probadas en soluciones integrales (ej: especialidades químicas y equipamiento) para tratamiento de aguas.
Conocimiento y experiencia en gestión de distribuidores / canal indirecto.
Dominio de idioma español, portugues e ingles.
Ingeniero/a químico, industrial, o afín.
Disponibilidad para viajar al exterior hasta un 50% del tiempo, dependiendo de su localización.
