Director, GTM Technology

Owner of the systems, data, and processes that power our full marketing and sales funnel—from first website touch through lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurture, to handoff to a BDR or Global Sales Advisor. Architect how tools like Apollo, Chili Piper, Nooks, Salesforce, Zapier, and Pardot work together as one cohesive system.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance & funnel integrity: monitor lead performance across regions, segments, and channels; track stage conversion rates; identify stage suppression factors; report on funnel metrics.
• Data hygiene: maintain clean lead and contact records, ensure accurate campaign attribution, UTM coverage, and funnel stage accuracy.
• Marketing & sales system integration: design end‑to‑end lead flow architecture; build and maintain integrations; keep outbound actions GDPR‑compliant; document architecture.
• Lead routing & operations: manage routing accuracy, transition to Chili Piper Distro, maintain routing rules with Sales Ops, resolve failures.
• Chat experience: oversee Chili Piper Chat rules, qualification logic, scripts; evaluate and deploy AI to improve self‑serve resolution.
• Email deliverability & automation: manage SPF/DKIM/DMARC, subdomain reputation, inbox placement, bounce/complaint handling; coordinate Pardot and Nooks cadences; uphold suppression logic.
• GTM tech stack ownership: research B2B marketing and sales tools, recommend improvements, control tool sprawl, document integrations in Confluence.
• Stakeholder management: represent Marketing Operations in cross‑functional meetings; translate technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders; manage priorities, de‑escalate, and communicate proactively.
• Team leadership: lead a team of three Marketing Technology Managers; set SOPs, run delivery rhythm (weekly prioritization, 1:1s, monthly scorecard); ensure continuity during absences.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology, with at least 3 years managing a team.
• Deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce (data architecture, workflows, reporting) and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Strong command of lead routing architecture using Chili Piper, LeanData, or equivalent.
• Experience with intent data or ABM platforms (Apollo, 6sense, Bombora, etc.) and operationalizing signals in a CRM.
• Solid grounding in email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP/domain warmup, inbox placement).
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve data quality issues across a complex funnel.
• Working knowledge of GDPR for B2B lead generation and outbound actions.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to build dashboards and communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management; capability to discuss technical failure with Sales leadership and CMO.
• Self‑directed learner who stays current on B2B GTM technology.

Nice to Have

• Hands‑on experience with Apollo intent and visitor deanonymization.
• Familiarity with Nooks or similar BDR cadence platforms.
• Experience with Chili Piper Chat or comparable conversational marketing tools.
• Comfort with Zapier or no‑code integration tools.
• Background spanning both Marketing and Sales Operations.
