En Grupo Newsan nos encontramos en busqueda de un AI Business Partner para nuestra gerencia de transformacion
El objetivo de dicho rol sera actuar como puente estratégico y operativo entre los diferentes equipos de la organización y las tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial. Su rol principal consiste en relevar necesidades, dar soporte in-house, diseñar, configurar y ejecutar automatizaciones de baja y media complejidad, y promover la adopción eficiente de herramientas de IA para maximizar la productividad y optimizar los flujos de trabajo internos.
Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán :
1. Soporte, Consultoría Interna y Gestión del Cambio ● Actuar como el punto de contacto clave (enlace) para los colaboradores que buscan optimizar sus tareas diarias utilizando IA. ● Asistir activamente en la configuración, implementación y resolución de problemas relacionados con la implementación de IA a nivel colaborador. ● Evangelizar y capacitar a los equipos sobre el uso eficiente de herramientas de IA para maximizar su adopción. ● Crear guías rápidas, documentación y repositorios de buenas prácticas para garantizar el uso seguro, ético y eficiente de la IA en la compañía.
2. Diseño e Implementación de Soluciones de Automatización ● Desarrollar y proponer flujos de trabajo automatizados de baja y media complejidad para eliminar tareas repetitivas (alertas, traspaso de datos, reportes básicos). ● Configurar asistentes virtuales personalizados, prompts avanzados y estructuras de trabajo basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa. ● Colaborar activamente en equipos multifuncionales para implementar los cambios tecnológicos y garantizar su correcta adopción en el día a día.
3. Medición, Seguimiento y Mejora Continua ● Definir y realizar el seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para medir el impacto de las automatizaciones e implementaciones de IA. ● Realizar un seguimiento continuo de los procesos mejorados, identificando nuevas oportunidades de optimización y escalabilidad. ● Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias globales en modelos de lenguaje (LLMs), automatización No-Code/Low-Code y mejores prácticas digitales.
¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?
- Google Workspace: Manejo experto a nivel corporativo (Mandatorio).
- Modelos de Lenguaje (LLMs): Expertise y Prompt Engineering avanzado en Gemini y Claude (Mandatorio).
- Automatización No-Code / Low-Code: Configuración de flujos integrados en plataformas como Google Workspace Studio (Mandatorio), Make o n8n .
- Gestión de Datos y Organización: Uso intermedio/avanzado de Airtable y Notion (Deseable).
- Conectividad: Entendimiento técnico básico de APIs, Webhooks y estructuras RAG (Deseable)
- Experiencia minima de 2 años en roles similares
